The reservation can only be modified through our email address: [email protected]. For single reservations, this can only be done 24 hours in advance. Should you come with less, you will have to pay for quantity reserved. However, we can compensate with vouchers for all our activities for the amount of value you pay for the people who do not attend. For payment by invoice, please notify us at least 7 days in advance of any changes in the quantity of people.

This is possible, this can only be requested prior to booking via email: [email protected]. For payments by invoice we apply administrative costs.

Sure! Our activities are very diverse and there is something for everyone. Also when you are a little less agile.

We have a large private parking lot of 350+ spaces, this allows everyone to park their car for free and easy. (including buses)

No, that's not a problem. All our staff is fluent in English, furthermore, all activities are fully playable for English speakers and explanations are fully in English if needed.

Our activities have light and sound effects and may be a bit exciting but certainly not scary.

Our main ballroom, courtyard and bee throw area are wheelchair accessible. The other activities are on the second floor; there is no elevator.

Before and during the activities no alcohol may be consumed. After the activities we have an extensive assortment of alcoholic beverages such as wine and (special) beer that can be consumed.

We ask everyone to be present 30 minutes in advance. We do this so that everyone starts on time and there is room for explanations, putting stuff away, etc. this way the flow goes smoothly.

We do not have a dedicated pumping room, but are able to offer an enclosed space where this is possible.

That is possible, we have a drinks menu with tasty snacks, nachos and appetizers from our own kitchen. Would you like to eat something more extensive and are you with less than 25 people? Then we have the delicious menu from our own kitchen. Are you with more than 25 people then you can request a buffet by mail. more information can be found at: Appetizer & drink

This is possible for our Kids Escape Room; the Time Machine and Prison Island Kids. Both are for ages 9+ and can be booked online. Kids parties for Prison Golf are possible as early as 6 years old. Click here for more information

No, that is unfortunately not possible. Our party room can only be booked together with one or more of our activities. It is also possible to rent it off with one of our meeting packages. Click here for more information about our party rooms

You can! We are completely indoor (except for our patio) so for any weather or time of year we are available for a fun day out.

Pets are not allowed with us, with the exception of guide dogs.
